Terms of Service

By scheduling a service appointment, authorizing an on-site diagnostic inspection, or using the website of ZEE Appliance Repair LLC ('ZEE', 'we', 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, please notify our dispatch office prior to the commencement of service or refrain from submitting service requests through our website.

Our on-site diagnostic inspection fee ($99 residential, $199 commercial) covers comprehensive component electrical testing, error code analysis, and physical inspection by an employed master technician.

Following diagnosis, you will receive an itemized, flat-rate quote for parts and labor before any repair commences. Upon your approval and completion of the recommended repair with ZEE, the diagnostic fee is 100% credited toward the total repair cost.

All completed repairs are backed by our 100-Day Service Guarantee covering technician labor and installed factory-certified OEM replacement components.

If the exact component serviced or installed fails within the active coverage period following the original service date, we will return and re-service the covered part with zero additional labor charge.

This guarantee excludes independent secondary part failures, household power surges, plumbing supply line freezes, foreign object blockages occurring after service, or unauthorized customer modifications.

We provide confirmed 3-hour window arrival windows with technician call-ahead updates. An authorized adult (at least 18 years of age) with decision-making authority must be present at the service address during the scheduled arrival window.

Appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated to our dispatch team at least 2 hours prior to the beginning of your scheduled window.

ZEE Appliance Repair LLC maintains active commercial general liability insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of our diagnostic or repair services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service call.
