“Very responsive, professional and skilled. My wife and I have had issues with our dryer for the last several months. We paid a different provider to take a look at it and they fixed one thing but a pulley within the dryer was not working properly so we hired this company to come in and take a look. They arrived at a moment's notice, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. They were extremely courteous and professional throughout the appointment and were more affordable than the 'same day' servicers we had previously used. He tackled the problem right away, quickly fixed the ice maker, and even took a picture so that he could show me how to fix it myself if it happened again. “Very friendly and came out quickly. Accommodated our schedule on several occasions for additional work to diagnose and efforts to fix a problem with a 30+ year old propane stove. It's a simple and high quality restaurant style stove so we want to keep it running if possible given new products are of such lower quality build. He was honest with us that the oddity we were experiencing it wasn't totally clear what is the problem and he started by replacing the igniter which seems like the most likely issue from his perspective. We are hoping that does the trick. Zee has been great to work with and highly recommend him.”
