The technician that I spoke to literally talked me through 10 minutes worth of troubleshooting with my Whirlpool refrigerator and as soon as my part comes in I should be up and running. He was great, he called me back instantly he had me to send pictures to him and trouble shot over the phone. He saved me three or $400 on a visit for something really miniscule that I can do myself.
